This report comprises a rapid evidence review of Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) International Climate Finance programmes.

It synthesises key findings, lessons learned and evidence gaps arising from evaluations and other key documentation from across the portfolio. It covers 28 evaluations, synthesis reports and performance reviews completed from 2015 to 2021.

The evidence synthesis was conducted in 2021 by Ipsos MORI and SQ consult.
