What was discussed
The Interministerial Group heard an update from the Minister for Climate on the process and approach to Carbon Budget 7. The group also discussed the shared priorities, as well as risks and opportunities for the devolved governments in connection with the CCC’s CB7 advice. The Minister for Climate provided an update on UK government preparations for COP30.
