Supply the total number of intention to deport notices served as a result of court-ordered deportations.

A. For each of the following years

  • 2007
  • 2008
  • 2009
  • 2010
  • 2011

B. For each of these years supply the number of Intention to Deport Notices served for each of the following circumstances:

  • Deportation pursuant to s3 (5) Immigration Act 1971 (where the SSHD considers - eg on the basis of a criminal conviction - that the continued presence in the United Kingdom of the individual is not conducive to the public good)
  • Deportation pursuant to s3 (6) Immigration Act 1971 (where, following a conviction “punishable with imprisonment”, a criminal court as part of its sentence has made a recommendation that the person is deported)
