Details

This publication provides information on the cohort of offenders sentenced as part of the Intensive Supervision Courts (ISC) pilot. It sets out new data on volumes, characteristics, and compliance of offenders sentenced under the ISCs between July 2023 and March 2026. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, intended to deepen understanding of the offenders sentenced under the ISCs and show the current standing and progress of the pilot. It only covers convicted offenders under HMPPS supervision in England only.
