We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
Copies of all correspondence, documents, call records and notes concerning and / or relating to both Inside Out programmes on mobile speed cameras (first transmitted respectively on 28th of Feb 2005 and 12th of Sept 2005), and the newspaper articles that followed including the Daily Mail’s own investigation. We are particularly interested in internal and external records from the HOSDB (Home Office Scientific Development Branch) / PSDB (Police Scientific Development Branch) and correspondence with ACPO / the police, the manufacturer and other experts you may have consulted with.
