This Policy Framework is for those who receive freedom of information requests, environmental information requests and also requests under the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018. This includes subject access requests (offender and non-offender) as well as third party requests.
The policy framework sets out the legislation (Regimes) and also includes key contacts, process and timescales that HMPPS must adhere to for all information requests.
