1. The number of face to face interviews for passport applications that have been conducted to date.

2. How many times have people been refused a passport on the basis of this face to face interview?

3. How many people have been successful in the face to face interview and successfully gained their passport?

4. The reasons given by employees of the Identity and Passport Service for refusing to grant a passport following a face to face interview?
