The IAA is a government body set up to ensure that immigration advice is only provided by suitably qualified organisations and individuals.
The IAA website holds information on our registered organisations under the ‘Adviser Finder’ function. The Adviser Finder allows you to search for an IAA registered organisation based on your location Adviser Finder.
Be advised that once the location is entered, organisation names will appear. Once you go into the link of an organisation then a phone number and contact details (email/website) will appear. It also contains the registration number of that organisation as well as the level of immigration service that organisation provides. Not all organisations opt in to have their addresses known. However, once contacted they can provide you with the details.
If you wish to verify that a specific organisation or adviser is regulated by the IAA, you can search for them on the IAA Register.
