Details

The Minister for the Cabinet Office has published the Terms of Reference of the Infected Blood Inquiry Response Expert Group.

This page also sets out an open letter from the Minister for the Cabinet Office to Professor Sir Jonathan Montgomery following the Infected Blood Inquiry’s Additional Report. The letter sets out the Minister’s intention to re-establish an Expert Group to provide technical advice to support the Government’s response to the Inquiry’s Additional Report recommendations.
