Use form R85 to tell your bank or building society that you qualify for tax-free interest on your account. If you have problems opening the online form you can use the PDF version by printing it and filling it in by hand.

Before you start

You’ll need to fill in the form fully before you can print it. You can’t save a partly completed form so we suggest you gather all your information together before you begin to fill it in.
