Income Tax changes to the van benefit charge from 6 April 2021
This measure reduces the van benefit charge for zero emissions vans to zero and takes effect from the 2021 to 2022 tax year.

Existing legislation will be amended to reduce the cash equivalent of the van benefit charge to zero for vans that emit zero carbon dioxide emissions.
