- have been deprived of their liberty
- are at risk of being deprived of their liberty
It considers these children and young people’s:
- characteristics
- journeys through the system
It draws insights into emerging approaches to multi-disciplinary funding, working and care.
The Department for Education (DfE) commissioned this report. Research in Practice and the National Children’s Bureau wrote it.
