Case study on an individual union modernisation fund (UMF) round two project. The project builds on USDAW’s successful round one UMF project, which focused on developing the systems and processes for the strategic management of the union. This project aimed to improve the competency of the senior management team and to extend the principles of the first round project to the next tier of the organisation.
