Case study on individual Union Modernisation Fund (UMF) round two project. It built on and extended existing the joint education partnership programme by addressing leadership development. It aimed to develop existing and future leaders of the GFTU and its affiliated unions, who in turn would modernise and transform the unions’ cultures and structures to include, develop and empower women and minority ethnic leaders.
