Read this guidance if you’re a farmer, horticulturist, or an agent acting on behalf of a business interested in applying for an Improving Farm Productivity grant.

The grant is available to help farmers and horticulturists improve farm and horticulture productivity.

The online checker opened on 25 January 2024 and closed at 11.59pm on 21 March 2024.

The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) is assessing the online checker applications received.

If your online application scores highly enough, RPA will invite you to submit a full application for assessment. The success of your application will also depend on the number and value of applications we receive.
