This improvement notice requires Bracknell Forest Council to take steps to improve its special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) services.
It follows an Ofsted and Care Quality Commission area SEND report issued on 3 February 2025 that judged that there were widespread systemic failings, including:
- 3 areas for priority action
- 7 areas for improvement
