Overview
The Commission advised by Decision 2019/C58/11 OJ ref C58 of the change of address of a Chinese company subject to an individual Anti-Dumping Duty rate on imports of sodium cyclamate. The change does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the duty rate attributable to additional code A473.

Application of the individual duty rates
The application of the individual duty rates will be conditional upon presentation to Member States’ customs authorities of a valid commercial invoice, on which it must appear a declaration dated and signed by an official of the entity issuing such invoice, identified by his or her name and function, drafted as follows:
‘I, the undersigned, certify that the (volume) of sodium cyclamate sold for export to the European Union covered by this invoice was manufactured by (company name and address) (TARIC additional code) in the (country concerned). I declare that the information provided in this invoice is complete and correct.’
If no such invoice is presented, the duty applicable to ‘All other companies’ shall apply.
