Imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from India (Anti-Dumping Duty 2348)

Following an expiry review, the Commission has advised by Council Implementing Regulation (EC) No 2019/1286, OJ L202, that Countervailing Duty will continue for a further 5 years on imports of polyethylene terephthalate, having a viscosity number of 78 ml/g or higher, according to ISO Standard 1628-5, originating in India.
This regulation takes effect from 1 August 2019.
The Countervailing Duty applicable to the net free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty will be as follows:
