Imports of oxalic acid, originating in India and China (Anti-Dumping Duty 2284)

Continuing the Anti-Dumping Duty on imports of oxalic acid, originating in India and the People’s Republic of China.
Following an expiry review, the Commission announced in Implementing Regulation No. 2018/931, Official Journal ref. L165, that Anti-Dumping Duty on oxalic acid will continue for a further 5 years.
This regulation takes effect from 3 July 2018.
The product concerned is classified within the commodity code 2917 1100 91.

The application of the individual duty rates is conditional upon the presentation to customs authorities of a valid commercial invoice, containing a declaration, which is signed by an official of the entity issuing such invoice and which conforms to the following format:
- Name and function of the official of the entity issuing the commercial invoice.
- The following declaration: ‘I the undersigned, certify that the (volume) of (product concerned) sold for export to the European Union covered by this invoice was manufactured by (company name & address) (TARIC additional code) in (country concerned). I declare that the information provided in this invoice is complete and correct’.
- Date and signature
If no such invoice is presented the Anti-Dumping Duty rate for ‘all other companies’ will apply.
