Change of name of a company subject to a minimum import price on imports of melamine, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The Commission announced in Decision 2019/C140/06 OJ ref.C140 dated 16 April 2019 that the change of name of Holitech Technology Co. Ltd. to Shandong Holitech Chemical Industry Co. Ltd does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the minimum import price (MIP) under additional code A987 on imports of melamine, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
