Change of name and address of a company, subject to an individual Anti-Dumping Duty rate or undertaking imports of citric acid originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The Commission published two decisions in the Official Journal ref. C430/5 and C430/6 on 29 November 2018. The decisions accepted that the change of name and address does not affect the company’s right to benefit from the individual Anti-Dumping Duty rate or undertaking concerning imports of citric acid, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
For the individual Anti-Dumping Duty rate attributed to additional code A874 (35.7%) and the exemption from Anti-Dumping Duty through an undertaking (X874) the company details have changed as follows:
