Imports of bicycles (Anti-Dumping Duty AD2354)

Continuing the Anti-Dumping Duty on imports of certain bicycles, originating in the People’s Republic of China, and to cycles consigned from Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Cambodia, Pakistan and the Philippines, whether or not declared as originating in those countries.

Following an expiry review, the Commission has advised by Council Implementing Regulation 2019/1379 OJ ref. L225, that anti-dumping duty on imports of bicycles and other cycles, including delivery tricycles but excluding unicycles, not motorised, will continue without change for a further 5 years.

The measures are extended to cycles consigned, directly or indirectly, from Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Cambodia, Pakistan and the Philippines, whether or not declared as originating in those countries.

This regulation takes effect from 30 August 2019.
