The Commission has advised by Regulation (EC) No 2019/59, OJ L12, that definitive anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of aluminium radiators and elements or sections of non- electrical type, originating in the People’s Republic of China, will continue unchanged for a further five years.
This regulation takes effect from 16 January 2019.
The product concerned is classified within the following commodity codes:
- 7615 1010 10
- 7615 1090 10
- 7616 9910 91
- 7616 9990 01
- 7616 9990 91
New exporting producers may apply to the Commission to be included on the list of cooperating companies not included in the sample (rate 21.2%) – see regulation for details.
