If you plan to import or produce fluorinated gas (F gas), use this template to confirm your intention to register on the hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) Registry.

If you import or produce F gas, you’ll need to provide information about both:

  • your organisation
  • people who the Environment Agency can contact about your registration

You must provide these details if you plan to either:

  • import F gas to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
  • produce F gas in Great Britain

This template will help you provide the correct information to the Environment Agency as part of your F gas registration.
