You must declare all weapons, parts of weapons and ammunition that are on board an aircraft.

Each person on board who’s armed must complete one of these forms.

When you’ve filled it in, pass this form to a member of the cabin staff, who’ll give it to HMRC with a crew declaration form C909.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
