Details

The study looks at new commercial and industrial property used to house office work, manufacturing or warehousing, while excluding sector-specific sites such as farms or retail outlets.

It draws on the findings of 8 case studies and econometric analysis of the impact of development on local employment, turnover, wages and productivity.
