DIFD’s election programmes in Pakistan are Supporting Electoral Reforms in Pakistan (SERP) and Supporting Transparency, Accountability and Electoral Processes (STAEP) which correspond with the supply and demand sides of electoral reforms respectively. The impact evaluation looks specifically at the contribution of SERP and STAEP to voter turnout in the 2013 elections and to strengthening of democratic processes in Pakistan.
