15 March 2019 - Publication of Frequently Asked Questions for the Procurement Process of Immigration Telephone Advice Services (ITA Services) from 1 September 2019

We have today published the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS) document relating to the Immigration Telephone Advice Services tender.

The FAQS can be found in the ‘documents’ section at the top of this page.

The deadline for submitting a tender for an Immigration Telephone Advice Contract is 9am on 3 April 2019.

04 March 2019 - Immigration Telephone Advice Services (ITA Services) in England and Wales from 1 September 2019

A new tender opportunity for Immigration Telephone Advice Services (ITA Services) has opened.

The deadline for submitting tenders is 9am on 3 April 2019.

The LAA is inviting Applicants who hold an existing Legal Aid Contract to submit a Tender for the Immigration Telephone Advice Contract to deliver the ITA Services from 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020 with the right for the LAA to extend the contract from 1 September 2020 for a maximum further 9 months.

The LAA is seeking to award a single contract.

All tenders must be submitted using the e-Tendering system, accessed either through a link on the tender pages of the LAA website or directly at: www.legalaid.bravosolution.co.uk. A helpline has been set up to support you if you have technical problems with the e-Tendering system: help@bravosolutions.co.uk; 0800 069 8630.

If organisations have any questions about the content of the IFA these must be raised through the e-Tendering system by 17:00 on 15 March 2019.
