  • the criteria the Home Office uses and has used to judge what an ‘exceptional contribution’ is - and what points are covered in the annual appraisal that could count towards an exceptional contribution.

  • a thank-you voucher scheme is mentioned with vouchers as a reward. Please release all the criteria used to judge such a contribution to earn a thank-you voucher. In addition can the Home Office release any criteria that has been used previously to reward staff.
