This is the fifth annual report for the Cabinet Secretary from the Huawei Cyber Security Evaluation Centre (HCSEC) Oversight Board. It has now completed its fifth full year of work and has covered a number of areas of HCSEC’s work over the course of the year 2018 to 2019.
