Details

Guidance for local authorities on the HS2 site restoration process set out under schedules 16 and 17 of the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017.

When agreement within the required time period is not possible, the Secretary of State for Transport and Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government will determine the outcome in consultation with the relevant parties.
