HS2 Ltd made a commitment to the London Borough of Camden in regard to the use of low emission vehicles for all heavy duty vehicles during construction in London.

This report has been produced taking into account feedback from stakeholders including Transport for London, the London Borough of Camden and the HS2 supply chain.
The first part of the study estimated the number of vehicles that would be expected to be used during the first six years of construction and whether contractors and sub-contractors would find it difficult to meet the number of low emission vehicles to fulfil the commitment.
