Guidance and frequently asked questions for the High Speed Two (HS2) need to sell scheme alongside an application form to begin the process.

This guidance is for property owners whose properties may be affected by the HS2 route, and who have a compelling reason to sell their property.
After you have downloaded the application form you can type your information directly onto the form. You are also able to save your progress, and return to the form once you have all the information required. You can still print and fill in the application by hand if you so wish.
Once all your information is added, you will need to print off the form, have all parties who have an interest in the property sign the application and return it to us via post at the address below.
