Volume 4 reports any likely significant environmental effects of the construction and operation of HS2 Phase 2b Crewe – Manchester in areas not on the proposed line of route, compared with those reported in the main ES. The map book contains maps highlighting any off-route SES2 design changes and AP2 amendments.

These documents have been published as part of the HS2 Phase 2b SES2 and AP2 ES for the route between Crewe and Manchester.
