Series F of our information papers outline a number of operational elements of Phase 2b (Crewe – Manchester), including:
- proposals for works at Manchester Piccadilly Station and Manchester Airport High Speed Station
- information about the rolling stock stabling facilities and infrastructure maintenance and rail systems construction facilities
- information about future service patterns on the WCML when Phase 2b (Crewe – Manchester) is operational
- details of commercial and franchising issues relating to HS2 interfaces between rail freight operations and HS2 during construction and once Phase 2b (Crewe – Manchester) is operational.
