High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd’s Corporate Plan covers the three-year planning period 2015/16 to 2017/18. It includes a review of performance in 2014/15 and sets out our key objectives and a high-level delivery plan for the three years to 2017/18. The Corporate Plan also incorporates our business plan for 2015/2016.
