This submission guide explains what to tell the CMA if you’re asking us for informal guidance on working with other businesses on environmental sustainability agreements (these are also called ‘green agreements’). Section 7 of the Green Agreements guidance provides more details on the open-door policy under which businesses can request informal guidance.
