How to pay your fine for carrying clandestine entrants

Methods of payment

Please always include your port reference number.

Option 1: Payments by credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

Visit our 24-hour card payment portal.

Option 2: Payments by bank transfer (BACS)

Please make payments to the following Home Office bank account and include the port reference number and amount to be paid.

Option 3: Payments by cheque

Cheques should be made payable to: “The Accounting Officer”.

Please write the port reference number on the back of your cheque.

Option 4: Payments by telephone

Call +44 (0)34 5010 0122 or fax 01633 581 403, Monday to Friday between 8:00 to 18:00. Please quote your invoice number or port reference number.

Option 5: Arrange an instalment payment plan

Please email your enquiry to order-to-cash@homeoffice.gov.uk, telephone +44 (0)34 5010 0122 or fax 01633 581 403 stating the port reference number.
