I am the managing director of [REDACTED] based in Northern Ireland. I would like to ask what the average response times were from the SIA to applications for ACS approval over the last two years.
Response
The SIA does hold this information.
The SIA aims to respond to all ACS applications as soon as possible. There may be delays as we are required to undertake a range of checks with external partners. There are no average response times for ACS applications; however, we do advise applicant companies that it can take several months for applications to be accepted.
