Details

This is the consultation stage impact assessment accompanying the Housing standards review: technical consultation paper published in September 2014.

The impact assessment indicates the scale of savings that could be achieved, based on more comprehensive evidence and survey information received since the initial impact assessment was published as part of the housing standards review consultation in 2013.

The evidence used in this impact assessment is further supported by the 3 attached documents prepared for the department by EC Harris and Adroit Economics.
