• This research - conducted by Economic Insight - used a mixed methodology approach to better understand the hospitality and tourism workforce.
• The report seeks to develop a more granular understanding of the workforce - including analysis of skills deficits and locations.
• The overall aim of the research is to provide a comprehensive data analysis of the workforce and existing sector skills in the UK.
• The research findings will be used to drive future policy development and support the work of the Hospitality and Tourism Skills Board.
