We are conducting a survey of Hospital and Small Emitters (HSE) and Ultra-Small Emitters (USE) opt-out scheme participants as part of our evaluation of the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS).

This notice explains how we will process and use your personal data, shared with us by your scheme regulator, to contact you to take part in the survey, and your rights.
