  1. The privacy notice has been updated to include PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, auditors of Post Office Limited, as an organisation that information might be shared with.

  2. Government Legal Department (GLD), Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) and Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland (PPSNI) were added to the list third parties that DBT may exchange supporting documentation with.

  3. 'Right to data portability' amended to indicate the right does not apply under the public task lawful basis, and details on 'Right to erasure' added.

  4. Privacy notice updated to reflect the merging of the Overturned Convictions process, previously run by the Post Office, into the Horizon Convictions Redress Scheme (HCRS), which is delivered by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT).

  5. Privacy notice updated to ensure it reflects the purposes for which DBT processes personal data across various stages of HCRS. Updated notice includes details of who DBT may share personal data with in order to progress any registration or claim made within the scheme.
