*Ms Honer informed the Committee of a change to her role, to start in January 2025.  She wished to take up a paid full-time role with RAD as CEO. The Committee considered it significant there is no direct overlap between her responsibilities in office and this new role.  After consultation with her HMT, it agreed with the department that the standard conditions imposed on her previous appointment remain sufficient to mitigate the risks under the government’s Business Appointment Rules - preventing improper use of provided access to information, influence and contacts as a result of her time in government.
