‘Any other interests’ are any other direct or indirect financial and non-financial interests, including those of close family members or people living in the same household.
‘Related parties’ include close members of the family of an individual, who are defined for the purposes of the standard as those family members, or members of the same household, who may be expected to influence, or be influenced by, that person in their dealings with the reporting entity. Shareholdings are declared that are significant or relevant to the work of Homes England, either in terms of volume, value or the nature and dealings of the business, if the said shareholdings represent 3% or more of the share capital of the company concerned. (Governance Manual 13.4 – March 2020)
