Details

This document lists the names of the providers that received a share of up to £30 million of funding through the Homelessness Change programme 2012 to 2015, towards the development of new and refurbished hostel accommodation for rough sleepers or those at risk of sleeping rough.

The Homelessness Change programme 2012 to 2015 aimed to underpin other work being undertaken to end rough sleeping and had an emphasis on the elimination of poor quality, unfit for purpose facilities for homeless people.

Funding for this group is now available through the Homelessness Change and Platform for Life Funds 2015 to 2017
