  3. Does not become involved directly in any work connected to the Home Office, including the development of policing policy, nor become personally involved in lobbying Government for a period of two years from the date of leaving office; and
  4. Must submit a new BAR application for any other proposed appointment or employment up to two years after leaving Crown Service.
