  1. Do not use your Whitehall contacts to influence policy or secure business for your new employment;
  2. You do not draw on privileged information available to you  from your time in Crown Service;
  3. You do not become involved directly in any work connected to the Home Office, nor become personally involved in lobbying Government for a period of two years from the date of leaving office;
  4. You must submit further applications should you wish to take up any additional appointments for the period up to 2 years post leaving the Civil Service, or if a conflict arises which would entail you working with officials or Ministers with whom you had contact with during her time in Government.
