HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) uses the results of the Stakeholder Engagement Research to understand the views of its most important stakeholders, and to inform engagement and communication with them.

The research:

  • tracks stakeholder perceptions and understanding of HMRC
  • monitors key performance metrics
  • evaluates the success of existing stakeholder engagement strategies
  • determines what key stakeholders want to see from HMRC

This report presents the results from the annual survey from 2016.
