The RTK LTD conducted four Rapid Evidence Assessments as part of the Ministry of Justice’s Overarching Evaluation of the HMCTS Reform programme, on the following themes:
- Online services and access to justice
- Remote hearings and access to justice
- Centralising the workforce and access to justice
- Online services user support and access to justice.
The report outlines the approach taken and presents the findings from the four Rapid Evidence Assessments. The accompanying technical appendix provides further detail on the methodology and the literature identified.
